Brigid is a certified Somatic Sex Educator and certified Sexological Bodyworker based on Salt Spring Island, BC -- offering in-person and online sessions.

Her practice is an invitation to learn through the body, to reconnect with boundaries, sensation, and self-trust.

Sometimes this looks like slowing down and learning to feel again. Sometimes it means reclaiming choice and agency. And sometimes it opens into new pathways of connection with self, with others, and with life itself.

She works with people of all genders and orientations.

Since 2016, she has been creating seasonal spaces for women to explore body and spirit through multi-week classes, ritual, workshops, and nature immersions.

She is especially passionate about working with those whose early environments lacked safety and connection, holding space for them to feel at home in their bodies, to understand and embody their boundaries, expand their capacity for sensation, and cultivate grounded, nourishing pathways of connection.
